Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your Kaay piece. If something isnβt quite right, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms.
Return Window
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or style, subject to availability.
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Returns & Refunds
We offer returns in the form of:
- Store credit (recommended)
- Refund to original payment method
Refunds to the original payment method may be subject to review and processing deductions where applicable.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
These charges are imposed by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
Refusal of Delivery
If an order is refused at delivery and returned to us, return shipping costs and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.
Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5β7 business days for processing.
You will be notified once your return or exchange has been completed.
