Orders & Payment
Once you’ve selected your piece, choose your size and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email shortly after.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking via Razorpay, as well as PayPal for international payments.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship worldwide.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. This allows us to carefully prepare and inspect each garment before shipment.
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days worldwide. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your destination at checkout. We offer complimentary shipping on orders above $420.
Applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. In some cases, additional charges may apply depending on local customs regulations.
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
If duties or taxes are refused and the shipment is returned to us, return shipping charges and associated fees will be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with all
original tags and packaging intact. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full
details.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order details.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
Sizing & Fit
Each product page includes a size guide to help you find your best fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Our pieces are designed with careful attention to proportion and movement. Slight variations in fit may occur depending on body type.
Product & Care
We primarily work with natural and breathable fabrics like linen silk blends, cotton silks, cotton, linen and silk-based materials.
We recommend gentle dry cleaning for most pieces to preserve structure and finish.
